  I would rate my experience less than 1 star if i could! The guy talking to us was NOT a salesman. He had NO CLUE what he was doing plus he was lazy! He made our experience a horrible one and he Definitely lost a guaranteed customer. Me and my wife just stormed out because we would have otherwise had him fired. I've already chosen my car and done my research! All he had to do was sweeten the deal a bit with some sort of offer. He instead ruined it for us. He didn't know the interest rate. He didn't even know how to calculate weekly payments. He had to go twice and ask and still didn't know how to answer our simple questions! I don't understand how he got his job in the first place!

  SVM KIA Roseville - these guys (& receptionist gal) are great - all willing to take time to assist wherever possible including small insignificant queries. They maintain a balance between professional understanding of the value of their product and willingness to be competitive with deals and exceptional service. Very happy with my Cerato (& the dealership) and confident of assistance, back up and understanding re any difficulties presented with transition from a very old manual to a super duper shiny new techno auto.
